In a perfect world the entire race would come down to the final Individual Time Trial. Most GC riders are very efficient time trialists with Froome being particularly adept. There is one GC rider however who is truly world class in Tom Dumoulin. Much like the Giro de Italia, if the gaps are small between these two, the TT could be a nail biter. Other smaller riders like Quintana will likely need a sizeable lead padded in the mountain stages to hold off more powerful rivals.
